I fully carbonate mine.Raspberry Lemonade. Lightly carbonated because I occasionally forget to turn off the gas to the keg. I kind of prefer this way though.

So the posting of ABV is only required if the state in which the beverage is produced requires it to be listed on the container. Weird, huh? Since Wisconsin doesn’t mandate it, neither does the Fed. But if, say Maryland required it, any containers distributed outside of Md would have to list ABV.Not sure what the “rules” say on posting ABV. Guessing there is a certain level at which you have to, somewhere in wine territory. Plenty of MI brews that don’t have ABV listed as well
