Another warm day. Time for a HB Kolsch out on the deck.
Cracked open a couple of bottles of the quad with my BIL. About ten months since I bottled it and it just keeps getting better. Might be the best beer I've brewed so far.

They do make awesome beers. Triple jasper with Nelson is one of my favorite s. Triple orchid is good but not as good as jasper.

Working on home projects now that I'm turning the brew pub into a wood working shop. Starting off with finishing the bathroom. Wife loves the new led/speaker/wifi exhaust fan. Oh, if one is up at 2am, then this is a lunch beer.
10% non-keto yet all Vegetarian drink.

Cocktails while cooking - equal parts gin and juice 
In Lincoln, NE for work for a couple days. Tried to find something local
Mexican Cake clone bottling leftover. Turned out really good, habanero is there but I put just a touch too much cinnamon for my taste. That'll probably fade as it conditions and ages. I'm liking it!

That's one of my fav phrases. I'm not that far behind you in the retirement dingy and trying to get my house in order. Sometimes the only way to get things done is to do it yourself@TheDudeLebowski thanks for recognizing the humor!
OT: more Vitamin Sea
Go to White Elm on Van Dorn. My grandparents (Mom's side) lived at 3820 Van Dorn right across from Southeast high. Spent my summers there. Great memories so anyway jelly!
