First pull of my Black is Beautiful stout since I added the home roasted cold brewed coffee to it on Sunday. It’s been in the kegerator since then at 15psi. Not fully carbonated but getting there. Plan to fill a 32oz growler for home brew club night to share and get some feedback.
This stout was brewed back in November the day after Thanksgiving, then racked into a keg that had bourbon soaked oak chips in it on 1/10/21. It sat there until this past Sunday when I added the coffee and placed it in the kegerator.
