Was fortunate enough to take both Gold and Silver in the NEIPA category in a competition earlier this summer. Been saving a bottle of each of these for this picture lol

I think I’m pulling quite a bit of sediment off the bottom of the keg right now. I don’t think it should be that milky looking.

I usually pour off a pint or two. It takes a good week-week in a half to get good settlement.

First pull of my Black is Beautiful stout since I added the home roasted cold brewed coffee to it on Sunday. It’s been in the kegerator since then at 15psi. Not fully carbonated but getting there. Plan to fill a 32oz growler for home brew club night to share and get some feedback.
This stout was brewed back in November the day after Thanksgiving, then racked into a keg that had bourbon soaked oak chips in it on 1/10/21. It sat there until this past Sunday when I added the coffee and placed it in the kegerator.

Uncarbed sample from a galaxy heavy ipa i kegged earlier. Wow, this is gonna be killer.

Blue moon clone used the recipe on here... first time using my steam condensing lid and didn't adjust my boil off rate... rookie.. so it came in at 4.2% but in any case it's rather good. Head retention not great either but not a huge concern.
