Kind of. I had an acute heart attack this year on Mothers Day. Since then my wife self appointed herself Frau Obergruppenfuhrer SS Bier Polizei...and of Ice Cream and chocolate and any darn thing else worth living for

Sugar free ice cream, sugar free chocolate, low fat low salt. But she lets me stuff my face with fruit. I've eaten more fruit and veggies in 2 months than in the past 10 years. I've dropped from 228 in May to 209. 1 good thing, it's gotten me motivated to want to work out again. I won't ever be that 185 pound Army Sgt again but it feels good to be closer to that than I have been in 15 years.

I like a good pilsner on occasion. This one and Bitburger are a couple of my go-to’s. They're a welcome change up when I need to reset my palate from all the IPA's I drink.

believe me I wish I was still in the camp of Good N Plenty ! You don't want to be in the Bad N you get nothing camp ! I used to think that Jardiance commercial was so hilarious showing all the food being taken away and the old folks being pushed to their limits in the gym...aint funny any more cause now it's me!!!
