A little HB Dunkle that has fully matured. Cheers everyone. Its just one of those summer nights that feels so good. Maybe a little barefoot sidewalk exploration? ....

My favorite Stella glass committed suicide last night. Empty and forlorn, she leapt off the coaster and onto my phone. It was only 3" but she completely exploded. May she rest in pieces. This pic is the last I have shortly before she died. It was a short life, but she brought me a lot of joy. I will miss her.

I guess its off to the goodwill to see I can adopt another.

Just tapped a keg of my Extreme Mild I've had on gas for the past week and a half. The grist was Mild Malt, Crystal High Color, and Chocolate malt. OG 1.034 and FG 1.013. Mashed a bit on the hot side and used S-04 yeast. A lot of taste and 2.8% ABV - I can drink this all day.
