Great summer drink. 20+ years in San Antonio and Houston, natural selection. Especially with some Tabasco.

My buddies got me hooked on using Valentinas hot sauce with it, I may have to try it with Tabasco next

I've been sampling blondes, because I have one in the fermenter right now. I have to say, this is the best I've come across! Too many brewers try to make a blonde into something it's not or make it more "exciting." This one is just a clean, lager-like ale, but it's not boring. I could definitely see knocking one of these back after mowing the lawn!

!00% brett no boil red sour. This is only 6 weeks old but its delicious and tart and will not last long. Lots of dark fruits, ripe cherries with a hint of oak anda tine bit of aecetic acid on the end.

HB Vienna lager, kegged a five gallon and stored it in the lagering keezer for four weeks. Kegged the leftover in my 1.5 gallon corny and force carbonated it. Fermented @50f. Nice and mellow.

Winter wheat has really popped in the last few days. Drinking a HB Flat Tire. My dad came for dinner last night and I wanted him to try it because he loves Fat Tire. He said it’s “in the ballpark”.

He makes great f’in beer. He won’t brag for himself but @fourfarthing ‘s Stray Paddington (Brett IPA) took a silver at NYC’s Homebrew Alley!
