I drank a lot of dunkelweizen during a business trip to Mannheim, Germany in the summer of 2008. This is just as tasty as I remember.

Also had a Bell's Amber with tacos for dinner. It was the first time I've had a commercial beer and thought "This isn't as good as mine." That was kind of cool.

I think I had that in Germany. I think LOL. They were so cheap I can't keep track.

I gotta sneak a dunkel in before my basement warms up too much. I was expecting another damn month of winter! I need to try out the warm ferment stuff this year, I think, but I’ve had such good luck with seasonal brewing my lagers.

This is a low carb lager. Only 3.8% ABV. Still has plenty of body but its crisp. I don't think i would pick up its brewed with gluco.

HB Leftovers Stout. A mix of 2 Row, Munich and wheat base malts, plus 8% C80 and 5% each black patent and chocolate.

Just one day on gas and it's already nice and smooth.
