Finally home from the first day at the county fair with the kids and their horses. The 4-H and FFA animals and projects are still allowed since they are agricultural and considered essential. 3 more days of horse events and the lambs go down tomorrow for weigh in on Tuesday and the judging on Wednesday. This week is always a whirlwind. Drinking a couple HBs before bed. Vienna lager.

Thanks. Same beer, different pour. It's basically the neipa here from Braufessor. Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy. With a .47oz bittering of Nugget at 30mins. Kveik Voss yeast. Have to say it's quite good for my first attempt at this.

Nice! I’m a sucker for amber and dark lagers. I need to try the warm ferment stuff to keep some on hand year round, but fall is just around the corner again already.

I’m hopeful this Helles turns out well.

Could be better, could be worse. It’s pretty simple and definitely will brew again. I’m hoping to improve on it this fall. I need more stouts in my life soon.

I know I got a Helles and Kveik Pils fermenting but I like darker beers the best. Got the Dunkel and Irish Stout conditioning right now and an ESB fermenting. A milk stout in next on my list. The joy of small batches I can brew a lot while I’m off for the summer.
