Dunkel poured off slurry (why waste it?) I’m brewing a Helles right now.

Thanks. Same beer, different pour. It's basically the neipa here from Braufessor. Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy. With a .47oz bittering of Nugget at 30mins. Kveik Voss yeast. Have to say it's quite good for my first attempt at this.Looks good. The beer you posted yesterday looked good too!
