I got two 3 gallon carboys at 1.100 into the fermentation chamber (planning on making one a variation). Toasting my very active Omega V with a HB lager.

I think I'm done with alcohol unless it's in the 0-2% range. That one Saison has had my guts in a furry for the last five hours or so...one beer
This sh*t is getting old. I should probably start my own thread, but I'm drinking water so :°(

That’s one of my biggest fears. I have found a hobby I enjoy better than any hobby I’ve had before and then I get to the point of not being able to enjoy the fruits of my labor. I hope it is something just temporary.
OT: Hot bean water while heating strike water for my monk’s beer/Trappist single.
