I got two 3 gallon carboys at 1.100 into the fermentation chamber (planning on making one a variation). Toasting my very active Omega V with a HB lager.

I think I'm done with alcohol unless it's in the 0-2% range. That one Saison has had my guts in a furry for the last five hours or so...one beer :(

This sh*t is getting old. I should probably start my own thread, but I'm drinking water so :°(

Can you Ebay beer? Out of sight, out of mind...

That’s one of my biggest fears. I have found a hobby I enjoy better than any hobby I’ve had before and then I get to the point of not being able to enjoy the fruits of my labor. I hope it is something just temporary.

OT: Hot bean water while heating strike water for my monk’s beer/Trappist single.

Been dealing with it for years, but it has got progressively worse over time.

First time having one of these for me. I think I was expecting something different. Was OK but just not as good as some have described it.

Really depends on conditioning, transportation, how it was handled etc. Time to brew your own! Then you have it fresh. Yum! Tap photo from November 2019.
