When you transfer 6 gallons of HB Pilsner into a 5 gallon keg you get to quick carb a sample. Still needs to lager and clear but already tastes good to me.

Stopped by Manrock Brewing, (local small brewery named for Mansfield Rock, just south of Big Sur), picked up a crowler of one of their hazy ipa's, Critical Density. Solid taste and mouthfeel for the style.
