Just tapped my HB Triple NEIPA featuring Riwaka, Nelson, Citra, and Columbus hops. Finished at 10.5% abv and it’s pretty darn smooth with just a touch of heat from the abv. Very happy how it came out and can’t wait to see how it conditions View attachment 663176

One last HB dark lager before putting it “away” for a couple weeks. It’s not really brewed to any style but it tastes good. Looking forward to it after it lagers for a bit.

Cheers to hitting the all time CO2, atmospheric concentration, 415.79, about 3-4 months earlier then normal. Can't wait for the 90F winters and pool time 365/24/7!!

If they distributed to me! But the weird thing is I don’t really even like hopslam. But here we are. I always end up with a sixer. I’ll have to look for this when I visit my family in Richmond.

I dropped off some entries @ Bluepoint, went up stairs and had a sample glass of cherry imperial stout from Barrage which has shut its doors, I’m not sure why, I just know many are sad it is ending it’s run especially the owners and crew. Now I’m back home having a peach mead (HB) spritzer because I had an open can of fizzy water left from dinner.
