Brew day complete, the Irish Red Ale is now resting comfortably in the fermenter. Dinner is done, wife made homemade chicken soup while I was brewing. Really hit the spot. Niners/Packers game is a yawner. Seems as good a time as any to enjoy a CBS.

A local ipa from Camarillo. This one features Citra, Columbus, and Simcoe hops. Very nice flavor and at 7.8% abv it's just right.
