Last bottle of Old Chubbie, and no room in the fermenting chamber to start another batch.
Turkey Stout.Juice while bird brining,
Thanks! Only place I ever saw it and bought it was at a market down on 9 Mile off of woodward in Ferndale/Royal Oak area. Maybe they will have it again.
This is relative-proofing--14.4% ABV. Ah, just kidding; I couldn't ask for better relatives. I didn't taste one since they're for tomorrow. I haven't had a lager in probably a decade but I couldn't pass up something like this.
Just Googled who makes it and where. Hope I don't need one come Saturday.View attachment 654431
Thank you. I'm pleased to hear that. Like I said, I steer away from lagers. It was $16 for the four at Nino Salvaggio's--I can't remember if/when you lived in the Metro area. I was surprised to see it on the shelf. They are also stocked up Dragon's Milk and Founder's CBS which was cool.great stuff
Okay, I cheated and opened one. It's delicious. It is a very heavy hitter. Question: how do you properly open one without sawing off that wax? That’s great stuff man!

I’ll be honest. I got excited when my notifications showed up like this. Thought maybe @Remmy was stopping by to say happy slapsgiving!!
Well, I have done that before, but no wax was involved. Trying to pop off the cap on the bumper of a car. It was good, but you had to drink carefully!I was like, "Oh, cool, someone's done this before." Oh, well, jokes are good too.
Hoping to hit up Veil or Answer Fri or Sat
