Is that the one we're working? 8oz for 5gal should be plenty but never took that approach. It's probably just young.

Nope... different batch. I've got 4 new brews going in different stages right now. The Stout you've been helping with tastes pretty damn good though. Had to sample a little bit just now to see how it's coming along also... much better mouthfeel and flavor.

Family like Raiders..so betting on Black. Decent Barlywine. Not overly sweet nor heavy.

OMG!!!!

During the last guys trip to Belize/Guatemala I brewed a "brochette" at my place in Guatemala. This is mead made from caramelized honey. I planned to be back within a year to try it...now almost 3 years later...it is fooking amazing!!! Majic starts to happen with meads over 1 year...this one is incredible.
