I've got a beautiful "Belgium Stout" from beercraftr's recipe of a 1 gallon batch. Of course, I wish I brewed more, but I'd never know that if I had to brew 5 gallons of it because I'd not have brewed that much at a time to know!

It's a big beer, around 9% and smooth as hell.

Latest HB NEIPA using malted Oats this time instead of Flaked, naked oats to be exact. Not as yellow as the Flaked oats. No hop burn at week 2, so overall happy.
