Man! I can just picture the shear number of cam locks involved in that!
My wife did that to me for her home office desk. The box wasn’t that big at all and I thought this will be easy.... not fun to say the least lol

Does that recipe scale down? I'd like to make a one or two gallon batch.
I do 8cans for fermentation on a 4gal batch. Otherwise all the same. You'll have to do the math. Backsweetening is all to taste.
