Thanks @TheDudeLebowski for the care package. Opened Dinner right after returning home from dinner tonight followed by the Banana Lasers Stout. The gingerbread porter is not my favorite, but the banana lasers is amazing!!!
Clara loves Julius and already gets her new toy when we ask her to go get her beer. 🤣 It’s been entertaining watching her walk around with it in her mouth.

Ohhhh. CULT Pils.

When you posted a similar picture yesterday I was intrigued enough to try to find out more. But I was searching on "CUTT Pils" (because that is what is printed on the freakin' label), ended up in some random place, and lost interest.

Cheers!
Yes took me a while to figure that out too…I totally read cutt too

Flying Llama beer brewed in Biloxi, MS. Says Belgian style wit but I'm not really getting much if any Belgian character.
(Can't upload photo for some reason.)
I'm wearing my Raise Your Pints t shirt. It was the organization that fought for the restrictions on beer to be repealed, like the Free The Hops in Bama. I'm fairly sure I was the only member of both groups from New Mexico.

Very nice, Lebowski. I just saw some Bissell at the supermarket here in Greenville, Maine.
I love the Moosehead area. Id like to do a dead of winter trip up there. I was up there in the fall last year.

OT: packy loves doing barrel collabs. This thing has just a hint of carb. Pours like oil. Pretty good. Buffalo Trace and Burlington Beer Co.

So..boring..and I already finished it so it would be an even lamer picture. Harland Japanese Lager. Finally pitched the yeast from brewday today and figured I needed a damn beer. Transferred to fermenter around 1130 this morning, and threw it into the kegerator and knock off the last 8 degrees or so, took about 2.5 hours.

Well, I'm doomed.

I kegged this today. It's a 1.065 American Stout that came in at 82% attenuation off a 2nd generation co-pitch of CS Cali and Verdant. That's 7.2%. You guys know the kinda lightweight garbage beers I brew. 1.048 has been my idea of a "big" beer for the last ten years. Aside from getting my worldly affairs in order, I have no clue what to do with this.

I brewed this on my system while a friend on the other side of the country brewed the same recipe to help with his AIO efficiency issues and to help him understand how to use Beersmith. He got data, I got death.

Fair trade.

Beer culture in both states improved dramatically (actually, came into existence) due in large part to those efforts.
