That’s awesome! Congrats to you!A month ago was fortunate to be approached by a local farm brewery and cidery (Indian Ladder Farms Brewery and Cidery in Altamont, NY) to help develop a Dounle NEIPA recipe. We brewed 12 bbl batch of one of my Home-brew recipes that was split into 3 different fermenters to receive a different yeast and dryhop combo. The beers were released in cans and on tap (will be in local distro at the end of next week) at a VIP event that included industry folks, employees, mug club members, and stakeholders. Here are some pictures from the event! It was a very gratifying and humbling experience. I’ll be posting full details tomorrow on mg Instagram @bantam_brewsView attachment 764739View attachment 764738View attachment 764732View attachment 764734View attachment 764735View attachment 764736

I keep a 12 of these or 2 hearted in the fridge at all time. The best beers!I know IPAs made with Crystal malt are way out of style on both ends of the spectrum, but GD it I love them. Kudos to Sierra Nevada for being stuck in the 80s for a lot of their beers.
