We didn't do snowballs, ha! Starting to skate dance with my granddaughter. She needs to get smoother, but getting there.

That dubbel got a 31/50 in a competition. The cherry quad was 39/50 using the yeast cake of the dubbel. Yeah, surprised Sing got such a low rating. I thought it was very cleaver, great music selection and enjoyable to watch.

I added 1.25 oz of zested lemon with 5 minutes left in the boil. It's got a hint of it now but it could be a bit more prominent to feel balanced. It may change with a couple more weeks, who knows.

I used the recipe on here in the ale section for "Squeeze my lemons summer blonde" :D
 
Had a pilsner at the homebrew shop while gathering some grain for Sunday. Doing an apple spice ale for fall. Now a huckleberry hefe at home.
