Freshly tapped HB! First pour off my latest Imperial Milk Stout 9.8% abv - aged on Whole Coffee Beans, Cocoa Nib, Vanilla Beans, and Cinnamon (all imported from Mexico). Its was modeled after the Xocolatl recipe from my in-laws hometown in Pebla, Mexico.

Totally agree too sweet, sometimes almost cloyingly soo. Another good one from them was Welcome to Jamrock

My local HB club in Central Florida did a 24 days of Xmas event. We got 25 members from our club to commit to a HB and bring a case of thet style to drop off. We now have a chart and detailed description of each beer for 25 days and they are all different. Great idea, and stoked to try one everyday!
Day 1 is a neipa with strata. Very good

Looks great man! Great beer porn pic! lol. by "aged", im curious - did you put this on the beans, nibs, etc in a secondary fermentation vessel, keg, barrel? How long did you have the stout sit on them? Again - looks great!

Thanks brother. So the beer was closed transferred to a 2nd purged fermonster that was loaded with the whole coffee beans, nibs, one split and scraped vanilla bean and one cinnamon stick and Held on 5 psi for 5 days. I also made a small 2oz tincture of one vanilla bean and one cinnamon stick to be added at kegging for a brighter cinnamon and vanilla character.

WAF - Wednesday Afternoon Football

When you're lucky enough to grab the last mix 4 pack that includes two of my fav breweries collab and don't care about the Heady included. Then to find out on IG they created another mix pack that includes Bissell Brothers when I get back home! *$#$!**!!!

This is really good tho. Plus I think I just fixed a global variable bug created by the young rockstar coder. It's been sitting there for over a year and they couldn't figure it out Took me months to figure out Still can't figure out how it ever worked. Feel like this guy with the mop.
