It's a collaboration between the two companies, they used Dunkin coffee beans in the recipe. They did a coffee porter in the fall that was better.

These guys are really starting to move themselves into the top NEIPA brewery IMHO. This one is juicy and has a really interesting green tea note. I like it a lot

It was definitely an interesting series of beers they recently made. I enjoyed them but wouldn’t seek them out again. Glad you enjoyed it along with the other beers!

Got a 4 pack of Pseudo Sue so I can see what the fuss is about, had to run to the store before all the day-offers got there. No King Sue though, I imagine that one is hard to come by.

Sure enough got the second to last four-pack. Now the waiting until 5.

These guys have actually embraced the old school method...5 years ago haha...of beer making so everything is clean and clear so you get more of the fruity and earthy flavor of the hops than anything else.

The constant criticism is they could be better, they just don’t seem to try to be. Financial backing is there and and brewing ability has been there as they have poached a Sam Adams head brewer but I think it’s ultimately a mindset thing

Gotcha. Nothing wrong with that. Pays their bills ya know. I haven’t tried any Idaho 7 recently and have been hearing great things about that hop
