@j1laskey wonderful package! Thank you sir for all the extras and even Trillium yeast?? Man I'd love some ideas so I don't muck that up.
1st HB NEIPA which think I was a little harsh at first. What I thought was diacetyl has toned down and that flavor leaves after 5 sec or so. This was a cold brew.
Onto some fine NE beers...

Just relaxing with a simple home brew.
6.6 lbs Muntons LME
8 oz Maltodextrin
16 oz UK Chocolate ( 60 minutes @ 170 degrees)
Hop: Fuggle ( last 20 minutes of boil)
EDME yeast
Simple ... smooth .... been away from brewing for several years, starting to experiment again.
