water in the office for another hour, then an I.T. event this afternoon :mug:

Coolio. They need to add my homebrew to that list.

Going to get the rest of my entries for a HB competition. Hope these do better and not have morons judging it.

Wtf is going on there?

Water, about to head into Sam's but Marvin Gaye just came on the radio so I'm chilling.

Research, several different test objects with different chemistry.

What you are seeing is a break down of an air gap. The voltage is @ 378Kv (378,000V) AC 60Hz. I was not expecting the breakdown to occur, the corona was minimal, but enough to ionize the air apparently.

I understand about half of these words.

It is good, not fantastic, but good. If this is the same recipe for the Foreign Stout CL did for their Humpback Series, then I prefer CL version.

It should be exactly the same recipe. Donny won the 1st Humpback Homebrew Competition with it, and CL brewed the beer on their system for a year. LM doesn't pay enough attention to quality on their own beers, so I'm always concerned when friends wind up using them to contract. Unfortunately, that's the route a lot of banks want them to use to get financing for going larger scale. Bayou Teche's quality and consistency made a huge leap forward once their construction was finished and they brought everything in house (originally only their seasonal stuff was in house).

What do you consider to be your biggest weakness?

"Honesty"

"Well I don't think that's a weakness."

"I don't give a flocc what you think."

Water.

This is why I was not sure about buying a whole 6 pack. I bought a few of the foreign stout and a few of their ESB.

I used to really like Southern Pecan, but their quality has suffered recently(past few years). They did a really good job on 10, their anniversary beer.

Yup.

Like zero effort. Just finished vacuuming and will polish it real quick. Only some dust.

Nice! At our last house the original flooring was all flocced up by cheap contractors taking short cuts to the point refinishing would look very ugly.

Is that what causes the hair on your arms to stand up?

OT water

I unfortunately understood enough to know I'm thinker than you smart I am. I should have a better job.

Don't do drugs, kids.

We bought ours from the original all owners. Not sure why the hell they put the carpet in, but it looks way better without it. Son came home from school and was like "why did you rip out my carpet?" Sorry bud, I lost my room and got hardwood floors back in return...
Daughter asked if my son was getting our bed. I think not.
Resin.

You left out "This is where the magic happens". MTV Cribs style.

Bourbon at work. Contemplating throwing a coworker under the bus in kind, too much work. I'll just complain about it and drink and on Monday I'll forward my boss his work orders asking for things the way he did, absolving me of any blame.

Yeah, I would be reluctant to buy a sixer as well given my experience with their beers lately. The past few years have been wildly inconsistent. A friend gave me a bottle of last year's Black Creek to get my opinion on it to see if his impressions are along the same lines.

More water.

so, in other news, anybody want to be an Upland mule for me if I win the lottery? Don't worry, I won't win, its just fun to plan for the failure as much as possible

True. "You don't want to sleep on that. Trust me."

Your rent is 10 years late.
You're being evicted.
*slams door*

I can't wait to have kids so I can mess with them.
