Office coffee is awful, IT manager has a burr grinder and press in his office if I bring the beans.

Don't worry. After you're in there a week, you'll have to move it all out, pull up the carpet, knock down some walls, re-drywall and then re-paint so you can move it all back in.

So, the derpy father & son construction team is in the building again; re-purposing one of the offices into more production space. They keep dropping tools and knocking over boards. Loud slams and pops are not pleasant noises to hear coming from that room. It normally means something just put a hole through the roof.

The majority of houses in the Buffalo area have original hardwood exactly like that, hidden under layers of carpet, tile and linoleum. Most cases, it is in really great condition too.. maybe scuffed slightly in spots at worst. The 1" strips are horrible to remove, in the rare case they were destroyed though.

They are bad dude. They lack all respect for the business that is going on here. Constantly trudging through our offices yelling at each other. "Daaaaad. Dad where's my hammer!?" Buy a utility belt turd.

I believe it, good Sir. I need a pick-me-up after eating 4 pounds' worth of food for lunch. Starbucks, perhaps.

One thing that is definitely going to happen is beer store. Vacation needs to arrive.
