Totally Cannon by Aslin (collaboration with Ale Work Hidden Springs). A Sour Ale with raspberries, hazelnut and chocolate. It works!

Yes. Dr. Lambic, the guy who runs the sour beer blog started Mellow Mink. They have only been open 4-6 weeks. I have a founders club membership so I’ll be able to purchase releases before the public along with member releases only. It’s probably 10-15 minutes from Pizza Boy. Right now they only have growler fills to go.

@fourfarthing, too bad a growler won’t be any good for FotD XV if I swing by there on Thursday. At least I don’t think it would stay good that long.
