They have a restaurant in Tulsa where they make a caramel sauce. The brewer told me that for the birthday bomb they add that caramel sauce to the brew kettle.

Always with roast beef. It’s a carb bomb. They had a new polish sandwich the babushka I believe which was polish kielbasa, kraut and pierogis for a limited time but I was a little intimidated by that.

Yes, kinda thought they were ok too. Never have made it to New South yet but I do like their brown. The Gordon Biersch down there is pretty good too... I think they may be a chain but they've got some pretty good German stuff. Pretty good food too

Busy two hours after work. Kids learning to cast before our vacation to SD, then a bunch of beers from North Carolina, plus a moon man on deck. That or a wicked weed sour....idk yet.
