Just had a sour I got from @dryboroughbrewing, "Triple Ruten Sour", through the 12 beers of Christmas 2017 trade. Damn good. I pitched the dregs into a gallon of dark saison I brewed up this morning.

Wanted to relive the beer of my youth (college). Wish I hadn’t! The beer is crisp, clean with a touch of honey. Had a skunky aroma! I am surprised how watered down it is.

It was my first drinkable NEIPA. Hopefully they get better. Thanks for trying man!

This newly released PhP DIPA is phenomenal at 9.5%. Damn!

It's only so-so from a can. I had it last week on nitro and it was MUCH better. The smoothness from the nitro really accentuated the vanilla flavor.
