Next IPA attempt when I get back in 2 weeks. If only I'd clone this Electric Jellyfish...life would be complete. Next 6hrs of work are going to be brutal!!

Not at all. 11oz for 5.5 gallons is tame. The dry hopping though.. still haven't decided if I'll do more. Could be a pound by the end

0.5 lb - American - Caramel / Crystal 120L (4.3%)

0.5 lb - American - Chocolate (4.3%)

0.25 lb - American - Roasted Barley (2.2%)



HOPS:

0.5 oz - Columbus, Type: Pellet, AA: 15.4, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 27.62



MASH GUIDELINES:
