my wife got this Asian cookbook and we've been trying meals out of it. we do a lot of substituting meat with tofu. we have a large Lao population around here, so we can get some decent ingredients fairly cheap.:rockin:

Corn. It's all corn.

My HB Porter is more bitter than Black Butte, and generally doesn't taste as good. Other than that, nail, head.

Damnit I'm a bad brewer and I kinda want to quit.

Might actually take off here soon. 3 hour flight delay so far. Departure time kept dancing around tho. Had to chug a beer to get back to the gate earlier only to find out the flight had been delayed another hour.

You really should, its really tasty, but then again my belgian beer experience is pretty limited.

This years batch of abrasive is better than last years imho. Last years might have been one of the first runs at the new brewery. I think Todd has his processes down now.

This batch was amazing. The hops were perfect against the malt back round
