A little disappointed. Logged in to check the scores for my porter and it got a 23. Obviously looking forward to seeing the judges' comments on the score sheets.

Considering entering it in another upcoming comp just to see if it was a fluke or if the feedback is consistent.

@nukebrewer how did your Flanders do?

Sorry to hear that, man. Most likely the judges thought that it was out of the style guidelines and that it should have been entered in a different category/sub-category. Whether it actually was or not is anyone's guess due the inherent subjectivity involved with judging.

Mine didn't win any prizes and kind of odd scoring between the two categories I entered it into. It got a 36 when entered as a specialty beer, but only a 27.5 when entered as a regular Flanders. I'm anxious too find out why it did so poorly in Cat 17.

Going to have a few tonight because I finally have my own office. I did not mind my old office but now I do not have a guy farting in it constantly. Debating if I should tell my boss that I cant come in tomorrow.

Congrats! :mug: So now you'll be the one constantly farting in your office? :D

On to my 3rd pint of Bluebird clone since getting home. I suppose I can have a few more before I need to leave for homebrew club meeting. It's walking distance anyway.
