Still drinking water, it will be beer time after I drop my son off.
Someone go get Remmy, he is posting in the wrong thread again

Gravity samples of my 100% Brett beers. Brett L went much further (0.75) than the Brett B (2.75). The Brett L is probably pretty much done, the Brett B may drop a little more (but it was also higher original gravity, and more highly hopped). Anyone with more experience with 100% Brett know if they just attenuate differently? They're going to get racked over in a week for an additional month in secondary (one with cherries, the other with a small dry hop towards the end) anyway, but I'm curious if I should expect the Brett B to drop a little further (which it seems it should drop below the 1.010/2.5 mark).

My experience with 100% Brett beers is that they typically attenuate the same as if using sacc, but Brett is a crazy mofo and does whatever the hell it wants so it all depends. I have noticed longer lasting hop aroma and flavor in my 100% Brett beers too which reminds me I need to make another Brett IPA.

Drinking water watching foosball. I don't even care who wins this game. Gives me an excuse to sit in front of the tv and empty beers

@disturbdchemist blackberry Berliner wiess. Beautiful but more importantly, tasty as all ****. Tastes like real blackberries.

Was going to clean between downs but football, gotta watch all games. No Sunday fun day cleaning today.

Another @disturbdchemist beer, Kiwi sour. It is freaking amazing.

Are any of these on untappd?

Glad you enjoyed them! I used real blackberries and kiwi's lol. No fake stuff here.

Sadly they are not. I need to make another brewery because i never had control of the first one i created. Soo there will be some. Enjoy the rest and the whataburger. If you need more let me know

Year old muscadine wine (not sweet)...has finally softened. Very nice with Early Fall Ratatouille, T-bone steak, and rice.

Spooky by Blue Mountain Barrel Works. A Yam, Spice added, Barrel Aged beer. Tastes heavily of vanilla, no real bourbon or spice or yam character. Almost like Creme Brulee. Not bad, a real desert beer. Too bad dinner is yet to come. And too bad it is an Asian style cold noodle salad. Not gonna work with this. Down it quick, another beer to come. Smacked already, and half an 8% bottle to go.

No pic, bath time for little man.
