No pic because dead phone (such is the curse of Metro), but back home drinking my own Sour Stout for fresh comparison to the Zwanze. Mine is harsher, but I think it's more complex.

I bottled it all two days ago and all of them exploded in my closet. Never homebrewing again....
Still chugging along. The ten gallons that were pitched with Lacto Brevis got a pitch of WL American Farmhouse yesterday to finish off fermentation. The few gallons with Abbey yeast and equinox hops is starting to slow. Will be time to dry hop in no time.
You probably forgot to sanitize your bottles, noob.
Water while walking the dog. Finished with yard work for today, time to order some Fraco's pizza for dinner, get another beer and move onto the electrical work.
