Drinking a Kombucha that I bottled June 9th...I was hoping for a little more carb, but it's nice and tangy. Refreshing. I'll need to bottle some more and up the sugar fair amount.
 
I'm drinking something light and refreshing. Pale malt with some dextrose. Also, a little crystal 10 for sweetness... German noble hops... Very drinkable!
