Drinking a Kombucha that I bottled June 9th...I was hoping for a little more carb, but it's nice and tangy. Refreshing. I'll need to bottle some more and up the sugar fair amount.

I'm drinking something light and refreshing. Pale malt with some dextrose. Also, a little crystal 10 for sweetness... German noble hops... Very drinkable!

Farmhouse Rye v.7 all Centennial this time. I'm not sure about the citrusy hop with the farmhouse blend but it's only been in the bottle for a week.

Congrats, I think. I do not understand many of the words pictured. I am guessing that it is a certificate of some sort. I think it is saying that you are more than qualified to beat someone with a stick. A somewhat sword shaped stick at that. Though I have been wrong before.

I get it now. You are the chosen champion of all that firewood that @Remmy has been chopping. I can picture the showdown now, Remmy with his splitter, you with your stick. Gallons of beer. There can be only one!


Cold coffee done. On to the water. Need to go to the bottle shop today and get some drinking in.
