Drinking some water and looking at new kettles. Can anyone confirm the bayou classic kettle as a solid option? For the money it seems hard to beat.

I own two. Love them and while the valve leaked, you just need a ton of Teflon tape. Easy peezy.

Yeah. First use of the smoker this year. I figure that it was a good start. This thing is getting lots of use this summer whether it likes it or not.

Best part is I have leftovers for lunch at work tomorrow to torment my coworkers with.

And I feel for you @Remmy . Maybe the bosses found were jealous of you. I hope you find something good soon. And where you can continue to be awesome and make us all jealous.

Now, my boss and his boss (executive) are also in the same boat. There are about 70 of us. His boss makes a **** load of dough...the bonus alone is 100% of the salary. Nuts.

Yeah. Lost mine several years back. Ended up being a blessing in disguise though. Hopefully it works out this way for you too.

Always harder finding work when unemployed though. Hang in there.
