Well, I haven't done it much. I just use a growler filler (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KABVE8Q/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20), turn the keg down to 2 psi, pour myself a beer, and then start filling bottles. It seems like it can be done, I hit the right fill amount after a couple of bottles.

Other methods are the BierMuncher bottle filler
