I've had that buzz kill, too. Way worse than a ****ty diaper.
"You have chosen.... Wisely"
That's one of my favorite shows. I love it when people make reference to that show and when they get my references to it.
What happened with the water was your mash ph off?
Yes. 6+ after 15 minutes. Added lactic acid and got it down to 5.5 for most of the mash, buy it brings into question the whole water profile calculation.
That's why I have two tanks per burner. Always have a backup/exit plan.**** me! Propane died 15 minutes into the boil!!
Ok, back to drinking my Norm and boiling some wort. Still at 198° when I got home. Thankfully it is a 90 min boil so didn't have any hops added yet.

I don't really ever plan out brew days, but I was planning on enjoying some good beer over this weekend. SWMBO has a baby shower now and one tomorrow, and we have a birthday party for nephew and neice in a couple hours. Don't want to bring the beer to the party since most of it won't be appreciated.
Whatcha think?
Iron Hill RIS on nitro. Damned good

Grapefruit seltzer water. Watching the first DC United match of the season. I have a hard time watching MLS since the quality of play is usually so far below the EPL or other European top tier leagues. Frankly I wish all North American sports followed the tiered relegation/promotion set up (minor league teams that make the top of their league are promoted to majors, majors that end at the bottom are relegated to the minors, and so forth) as the rest of the world. You'd see a lot of teams that get lazy play a hell of a lot harder since you not only have to worry about being the best, but the worst too.
You're talking more than @mattmille. Stop it
Hit the pause button on clean up. Wife went for a run #fatassatthebar
Damn that's a nice bar. Have you seen were getting fresh squeezed now in mich? Don't know if u like it or not.
