**** me! Propane died 15 minutes into the boil!!
That's why I have two tanks per burner. Always have a backup/exit plan.

Ok, back to drinking my Norm and boiling some wort. Still at 198° when I got home. Thankfully it is a 90 min boil so didn't have any hops added yet.

FWH is your friend though. At least it should be.

What to drink...

I don't really ever plan out brew days, but I was planning on enjoying some good beer over this weekend. SWMBO has a baby shower now and one tomorrow, and we have a birthday party for nephew and neice in a couple hours. Don't want to bring the beer to the party since most of it won't be appreciated.

I'd never be able to brew if I didn't plan it out at least a couple days in advance. Helps remind my wife if I put a starter on my stir plate in the kitchen on Wednesday. ;)

Garage is clean, equipment is clean. I think I'll have a beer before I get myself clean.

Grapefruit seltzer water. Watching the first DC United match of the season. I have a hard time watching MLS since the quality of play is usually so far below the EPL or other European top tier leagues. Frankly I wish all North American sports followed the tiered relegation/promotion set up (minor league teams that make the top of their league are promoted to majors, majors that end at the bottom are relegated to the minors, and so forth) as the rest of the world. You'd see a lot of teams that get lazy play a hell of a lot harder since you not only have to worry about being the best, but the worst too.

The only word of that that made any sense to me was the word "American."
