Hit on anything you like so far?

I need to harvest my next batch when I get home on Friday. Thinking I will try different dry hops this round, not sure how much per quart though.

All I've done so far is a couple of blueberry batches, still working on how much to add, first batch I know I was lit and have no idea how much I added, came out perfect as far as carb and flavor, lol,
Second batch I remember and will be ready in a couple of days, dry hopping is in the near future.

Went 3-0 sparring tonight... celebrating with the fresh squeezed.

Fresh 120. Month old

I'm gonna go ahead and say it. The fresher the better it's like drinking a DIPA at 18%! Age does nothing but lose the hops.
Just left my first home brew club meeting lost count of what I had, I know a BCBS-2014, chocolate rain, and a fair amount of good HB was consumed.

Ah. Not as fun.

I'm between soda and beer at the moment.

So, how are the Cigar City Puppy's Breath Porter and Winter Warmer for drinking now? Should I age them? I have one of each and I'm not sure how long to hang onto them.

Trying to start some Bootcha :mug:

And it's delicious.

Very true.

Looks like ya got a little something started there.

That beer has a high rating. Being in Texas, I use clone recipes as my only option for sampling. Know of a good one?

I haven't found many clone recipes at all for any of their beers. Their website gives some information on what is the recipe, but no percentages or anything like that.

Malt : Pale, C-15, Caramel Light
Hops : Chinook, Centennial, Cascade, Citra, Simcoe
Yeast : American Ale
Beginning gravity : 20 plato
Ending gravity : 5 plato
IBUS : 100

This is how I'm trying to get more 2 Hearted, Jai Alai, and Pliny. Haven't had Heady Topper but my wife's boss wants me to give it a shot too.

Just for the record, it's not illegal for people to buy ingredients for me, right? I have several offers.

Illegal for people to buy you ingredients so you can brew them beer? Is that what you are asking?
