I ordered some rhizomes for this year, pretty excited to try growing them again. (tried a few years ago, but went to korea/japan for a month and my wife didn't water them while I was gone...)

Did you do anything with them after harvest as far as drying them or anything like that?

@Supervisingchildren I go to the Consumers on Elmwood over by my place every Friday and they never have Nugget Nectar. I really want to try it too since I grew Nugget and freezer is full.

Nose is a little runny, but I can breathe... just have that feeling like I'm on the verge of an epic sneeze, but it doesn't happen. Just need to survive 7.5 hours.

Could use a Stimpak or two.

Nose is a little runny, but I can breathe... just have that feeling like I'm on the verge of an epic sneeze, but it doesn't happen. Just need to survive 7.5 hours.

No, once I cut the cones off the vine i put them on screens and then put them in the basement for about 2 weeks. They dropped to about half their weight while drying out.

Suggest that to Untappd as a future enhancement in your account settings. After every x number of beers, pop-up a window telling me to drink water!

My problem is that I obsess over stupid stuff. Anytime that I start a new hobby, I cannot get my mind off of it to get important stuff done.

Just as I got to the point with brewing where the amount of time I spend reading, researching and actually brewing is at a healthy level, and not interfering with my life, I go and buy that stupid guitar. Now I'm all over the internet reading blogs, watching videos...doing everything except working.

Speaking of it, I'm on it too after dropping the dog off at the vet. He's getting his second fractured tooth extracted in two years. Dude needs to chill it on the chewing stuff. He's 6 now and really well behaved except for the $800 I've spent getting teeth pulled. No beer since Tuesday means muchas cerveza esta noche.

It just came out this week so you should be able to find it. The one on Clinton St had a ton of it out the other day when I grabbed some. I'm aure you'll see it next time you go to grab beer.

I am hoping so haha It will take a few more runs at it. I always have a ton of beers lined up to brew so it may be late this year before I try it again. I think the grain bill is set, just need to figure out chocolate part of it.
