We always got Mexico and COPA to fall back on. Plus it beats living in that whole area of purgatory where north meets south. This area sucks, won't deny that. But better than Texas. If for no other reason than I hate hot and humid. It's bad enough here. Don't know how people in the DFW area survive.

Considering that the people delivering probably see f*** all from those charges and fees, and probably get paid f*** all outside of tips, I'd say yeah, it's bad form. If the management nickels and dimes you, don't take it out on the people doing the actual work.
