I agree, although being flat doesnt bother at all with this. Its still very crisp and I think that makes it seem more carbonated than it is. What was your souring procedure/timeline?

Hank on Rye is amazing! I need to find time to go to Three Floyds for the holidays. Every time I have been there by the time I got through the to-go line and got the beer in the car I had time to sit down and slam two and run. The food looks amazing in there but I always have somewhere to be.

You have to find time to eat there. The food is awesome. I'm going to miss that place. My parents moved back down here from Chicago, so I probably won't ever make it back there. I might need you to hook me up with some Apocolypse Cow next year.
