Was IST on when you went down there yesterday? It's on today. Just didn't feel like going there as today is Saturday and the only other Saturday I went to get beer there, it was a horrible nightmare.

Yeah, they had IST on tap yesterday. Thought about getting some, but decided to go with two growlers of Gandhi.

A bit longer on the mash now.. I'm drinking this delightful beer. It was only 6.99 for a 6er too so I need to go back and get another.

A sample of my porter before racking over bourbon soaked oak chips and vanilla beans and my finally finished honey orange hefe. Both actually taste very good. Yay.

Coffinator. After racking my Blueberry Pyment onto some blueberries in my 3 gal keg-just barely fit too. Ill try leaving that alone at least 3 months til racking back to my 3 gal carboy to clear before I bottle it. Hmm now I got some one gallon carboys free from bottleing wine and a 3 gallon carboy empty now. Time to brew some beer soon. Hardest part is what to decide now.

Back on the Bot! The ****ty part about having the dog here and the house to myself is I have to wait until his bedtime walk to start drinking in earnest.

How about having a pitbull and two kids to tend to? Yikes. Where is my help?

Currently having a water between brews. Not sure what I'm going to have next.

I got no advice for you on that one. My wife and I have yet to have kids, so our corgi is our only concern right now. Hope you pick a good one for your next brew, though.
