HB IPA.
I was going to fill a few bottles of this to take to the little homebrew judging contest at my county fair on Saturday, but got 2/3 of the first bottle filled and my keg blew foam.
I’m really behind on brewing!!! I only have a few pints left of HB Pilsner and I’ll be dry.

August is the worst month of the year. I can't help but think that, as brewers, if we all banded together we could make a positive change and have August skipped.

Going straight into September would make the world a better place.

It's 2024, get with the times. You brew your Oktoberfest beers on September 1st with a Kviek yeast. That gives them two full weeks of laggering before showtime.

Fair enough, I recognize that you're an experienced negotiator.

What about the hat? It's fetching. I also have an unmarked 3/4lb of hops that have been living in my freezer for at least eight years, if that sweetens the deal.

This tonight after an exhausting whirlwind of a day.
We lost our oldest dog today. She was almost 17.5 years old and we knew her time with us wouldn’t be for much longer. Thankfully it was quick and she was surrounded by her family of two and four legged members.

Thank you, @Hoppy2bmerry for introducing me to a new drink! I had never heard of this before and was surprised when I searched it to find references from tape to a Scope and Scotch mixed drink! When I added "hot" to the search things got better! I'll definitely try this with my next brew.

Edit: I'm under strict rules placed in my prenup that I can't trade certain items including cars, dogs, children, or wife. But there is nothing in there about hats.

My first Bavarian dark lager and, man, am I glad I came across it! Nice and malty, good body, maybe a touch of coffee at the end. Really good beer for a brewery that has only been around since 1878!
