Quite a bit of rain I hear. Our son is in Rochester, and he got a small amount of water in his basement yesterday. First time ever for him.You can have some of our cold rain. It's been rainy and 60s the past week, until today. Take all our newly-hatched mosquitoes, too.
I'm just glad we're not getting the triple digit temps some of you out east have been experiencing.

Here it spiked at 78 degrees earlier today. Warm for us. A very pleasant 69 degrees right now, as I’m on my back patio enjoying a couple beers.

HB potato chips part deux. Air fryer a bit first to get rid of some moisture and frying at a lower temperature longer than before. Getting crispier chips without burning like last time. Grandson doesn't care for them but Mason will gobble them up...go figure.

Enjoying a hoppy Pilsner I made last year based upon a Bitburger clone recipe I found and trying to decide if this year’s beer should be an Orval clone bumped up to a Belgian double or a no frills Kolsch.

First, short, pour of the American Wheat Ale I kegged yesterday. I should have used a better glass; it’s really quite clear. It should be. It lagered for almost a month. Brewed with my favorite hop combo, Centennial, Cascade, and Citra. This is a great summer beer. Hell, it’s great anytime.
Took the grandson to In and Out 2. Blue Owl Professor Black Sour Stout.
