Have a buddy at work I gave my Lemoncello recipe. His came out clear like my first batch. Not sure why my current batch is cloudy.
Glad we don't get those here in Austin...yet..
OMG that smells good. Fruity/fig type aromas. At 76F at this time...love that WY3787!

Bright 'n Early strong Belgian Golden by local Cabin Brewing. Haven't seen this one before, and it's another one going on the list! Great flavour, not as harsh/spicy as say a Fin du Monde and goes down a little too easy! Hic! 
I think there's something wrong with my buds, everything tastes like grapefruit, even EJ. High allergies and I hacked and sneezed on my walk...so there's that.

My wife's diverter actuator is bad..I think. Only blows out hot air. Macgyver'd it with a dog toy. Good to go for the summer months!

I just bottled it 5 days ago but i couldnt wait to try it. I accidentaly fermented it at 28C (82F. my goal was 75F) and ended up with more "apple" flavour. Still good but not as clean flavour as i wanted.

A two week out forecast is hot garbage. I wouldn’t start to trust the forecast until 5-7 days prior (as someone who studied meteorology). One of my friends in school liked to call Accuweather, AccuGuess due to their massively long range forecasts.

Heading back home from Chicago tomorrow morning. Only had a few Budweisers while here but picked up this guy while waiting for my pizza. Most of you guys probably take for granted that you can buy beer (by the each!) at a damn Walgreens. Blows my Minnesota mind.
New diet, no weekday alcohol. So a virgin bloody mary in fancy glassware by the fire. Seems like it's missing something 
A glass of my 80% pils/20% Munich lager, enjoyed earlier today while I was building my water for tomorrow's brew day. I really need to name this thing.

First taste, non-carbonated amount in the lines always contributes to first pour…so take that into account.
I hate this damn phones camera btw, always makes the beer darker than what my eye sees.
Okay, enough digression. First taste of recent HB batch. Yep…it beer’d. Actual taste analysis will follow at a later date.

Rye River Pale Ale (Irish craft brew)
No pic but a hydro sample of my 9.1% Imperial Stout I just kegged, after 31 days in the fermenter. Gonna try to let it age until fall/winter time.
