A seriously green quad, no way near ready. Brewed in January, needs much more time. But it's in a keg and I can't help myself. Better take it out of the fridge and stick it in a closet or else there will be little left at the 1 year mark.

Not what I was planning on doing today but stopped by hardware store and they're stop selling Kamados. Good prices but a ton of accessories over half off. Soooo, I planted a shade garden last year and thought it was perfect. This adds to the feng shui plus I felt an impending hernia from rolling it around the woods to the back of the house. Not sure the deck can take it.


Im regretting not getting the Big Joe for only a couple hundred extra but eh.

Hit Treehouse on the way home. Have a triple Breakfast Shake. Pick up a pork butt and I'm toast

Sample of SHB Tactical Penguin NEIPA at the recommendation of the brewer after talking to him about the other one. Very different. To me it's like a slightly concentrated mix of orange and grapefruit juices, hoppy but not bitter. I could probably drink a full glass of it.

Bought this lime and juniper pils then saw that it is more a year past "best by" date, some no juniper at all. I fixed it. Pretty tasty now.

I've watched a couple. I really like the Data Set vid as they compared yeast strains and were pretty open about variances. I picked up the Eclipse Project as I've liked what little ipas I've tried that used it were good. During the pandemic it was great as Trillium did a bunch of virtual meetings and raved about the Pacific hops coming.

It's Steele Head now, new owners but in the old Slag Heap building. They renovated and expanded into the adjacent part of the building. Opened a couple of weeks ago.
