My version of Janet’s Brown Ale
At the neighbor's
HM cider. Apple juice + FAJC. 7.4% abv
Really like this beer but definitely prefer the KBS.

Hazy IPA from a fairly local microbrewery. It's actually the first Hazy IPA that I've tried, they seem to be fairly rare around these parts.
All in all I found it to be very smooth and fruity drink, certainly something I'll be adding to my regular beer stockpile.

Last night of a 4-day accreditation visit; reports are due tomorrow. Hendricks martini and Japan slapping USA around in stickball.
On the whim pizza night. Basic packaged crust but tried to be authentic with ingredients. There was zero basil at the store for the Margarita. Pesto worked out. Basic pepperoni next. Been battling raw dough. Convection set at 500f did the trick.

Lunch beer. Homebrew German pils dry hopped with Aramis.
Black Butte Porter while grilling some brats.
HB Cream Ale while eating the brats.

Abita holiday stout. I like it!
Guinness with corned beef and cabbage dinner. St Paddy’s is finally over for my house.

Beer. Because you can’t drink bacon.
'Salty Scot' Scottish ale, with smoky caramel and a 7.5% kick. A bit sweet if too cold, but really gets into the flavour as it warms. " 'Tis a bonny cereal, but it's not oatmeal!! "
