well I'm not sure what all Aussies are brewing, but I just kegged my first AG brew, after about a decade of K&K brewing. And I wanted a catchy title.. :D I kind of feel like randomly high-fiveing strangers after telling them I kegged an AG brew lol. I can't believe I didn't come across to the bubbling dark side sooner ;)

I brewed this recipe from a very helpful brewstore and brewpub over here http://aussiehomebrewer.com/recipe/877-sticks-and-stones/

I'm open to suggestions for the third beer... I saw a cranberry cream ale recipe somewhere and it sounded too interesting not to try, the only problem is we don't get fresh cranberries over here that I know of, only juice really, so I might have to do some substituting, will post a possible recipe first and ask for advice!

This might be the third brew http://https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f66/centennial-blonde-simple-4-all-grain-5-10-gall-42841/

Damn, just so many fine looking recipes to try.. I'm going to brew a few proven ones first, then head down the slippery slope of creating my own.

Cheers guys.

I'll take that high five! Nothing like just kegging one, knowing you've got a handle ready whenever you get the itch. Sorry I couldn't get your links to open you might want to double check them??

Do you guys get the canned cranberry sauce down there? People eat it here for our Thanksgiving, it might be closer to fresh cranberries than juice is why I mentioned it, but I don't really know I don't care for cranberries fresh, or not.

My problem is likewise; not finding something to brew but choosing between so many!

I wouldn't get cranberry sauce, it's not really the same thing. Pretty sure there's additives, gelatin, and preservatives.
Look for anything cranberry you can find with no preservatives and as few of additives as possible asorbic acid is fine. Fresh, frozen, juice, or concentrate will work.

okay thank you guys. Airmailed that high-5 ;) thanks.

Try the links now.
